Description of the intervention: Requirement is to market higher added value services to support cultural and employment growth of the Territory. Idea is to create a Technology Incubator focused mainly on projects and start ups related to environmental sustainability and clean energy, industry sectors in which the customer is also the leader for “Cooperative” Organisation. NTI support the Customer in giving shape to the project, in drafting the business plan: from the definition of Incubator structure and services to the design of its operational functioning and economic/financial sustainability.
